The publication of materials in the scientific journal "Kazakhstan-Spectrum" is carried out using the Open Journal System, an online submission system and peer review. To do this, you need to register on the journal's website: http://journal-ks.kisi.kz/index.php/ks/user/register. All materials submitted to "Kazakhstan-Spectrum" are tested for anti-plagiarism and blind peer review, after which the authors are encouraged to make changes. After making changes, the accepted article, as a rule, is published in one of the next two issues of the journal.

- “Water as a driver of sustainable recovery: a roadmap for Central Asia. Part 1. Identification of the main structural and institutional reforms to achieve economic and financial sustainability in the water sector ”, prepared by M. Krasnai, Scientific Director of the Center for Central Asian Studies, Corvinus University (Budapest). The article summarizes the key points of discussions between decision-makers, experts and scientists from Central Asia, as well as international experts following two webinars held under the Program “Water as a driver of sustainable recovery: economic, institutional and strategic aspects of water resources management in Central Asia «.
- "The main directions of Russian policy in the Caspian region" S. Zhiltsov, head of the Department of Political Science and Political Philosophy of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. The article examines Russia's policy in the Caspian region after the signing of the Convention on the Legal Status of the Caspian Sea in 2018.
- “Potential of Social Networks as a Mechanism for Implementing the Concept of the“ Hearing State ”by A. Zhusupova, Leading Expert of the Institute of World Economy and Politics. The focus of attention is social networks as a format for constructive dialogue, interaction between the authorities and civil society.
- "The main aspects of guaranteeing the stability of the investment legislation of Kazakhstan", prepared by a group of authors from the Institute of Economic Research - B. Syzdykov, K. Zagal, S. Akhmetzhanov. The article discusses the features of ensuring the stability of investment legislation in Kazakhstan, the EAEU countries and other foreign countries by analyzing the relevant legislation, and the authors have developed proposals to improve the stability of investment legislation in Kazakhstan.
Currently, work is underway to form the 3rd issue for 2021. Manuscripts are accepted until July 25 in Russian and / or English.
